The Aarhus Social Ontology Group, or ASOG, is a research group based at Aarhus University dedicated to the philosophical study of social reality. We investigate the nature of social groups, social cohesion, collective responsibility, and how social structures affect agency.
ASOG currently hosts two research projects: the ERC-funded The Glue of Society [GLUE] and the DFF-funded Hybrid Agency and Moral Responsibility [HARM].
